You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for items returned due to incorrect size or unwanted preferences.

For returns not due to quality issues, customers are responsible for the return delivery fee.
If you receive damaged products, you are not required to cover return shipping costs.
A 10% deduction on the refund amount applies if a package is rejected.
Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in perfect condition with all original accessories, documents, and tags included.

Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee

We offer a 30-day Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

Promotion Returns

Returns for Buy One Get One Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return. Refunds may take one to two payment cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Return Process

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Attach photos showing the items in their original condition.
We will provide you with the return address via email. Do not send returns to the address on the package.
Share the return tracking number with us for expedited processing.
Allow 3-6 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. Once shipped, you must follow the return process upon receipt of the parcel.

Exchange Policy

We typically do not offer exchanges due to inventory limitations and processing timelines. We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
